Director of Marketing and Operations
Claudia was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Journalism from Sabana University; Claudia’s professional and personal journey brought her from Mexico where she worked for Hewlett Packard leading the Social Responsibility group, to Canada, where she moved to the education industry working for International Language Academy of Canada and the London School of Business and Finance, to finally White Plains, NY where she has worked in various nonprofit organizations, including RSM Global Leadership and Magic Box Productions.
Since joining Yes She Can in 2021, Claudia has taken on a hands-on role. She oversees all marketing and operations for the Girl AGain Boutique in White Plains and Palisades. Her commitment to the organization’s mission is evident in her active participation in the training programs, where she supervises the trainees and provides the business and hard skills they need to secure and maintain employment.
With over 20 years of experience in Marketing and Communications, Claudia brings a wealth of knowledge to her role at Yes She Can. She is responsible for managing the social media channels and website for both Yes She Can and Girl AGain and developing and implementing promotion and visibility strategies. Her responsibilities include sales and technology, among others, showcasing her comprehensive role in the organization’s marketing and communications efforts.
