Jennifer Madonia Joins Yes She Can as Director of Training
With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s in curriculum and instruction, Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience in early childhood education to Yes She Can. Most recently, she served as an Early Intervention Service Coordinator with the Putnam County Department of Health, supporting families and young children with developmental delays. In this role, she guided families through assessments to better understand their child’s needs, developed and updated Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), coordinated services, and connected families with essential community resources. She worked closely with families to ensure a smooth transition for children moving on to the Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE).
A proud mom of two amazing daughters, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her pets, Charlie and Coco, and cheering on her girls at their activities.
“I’m truly excited for this opportunity at Yes She Can,” Jennifer shared, “and am looking forward to partnering with the trainees and their families, helping to grow and develop the programs.”
