Job Coach and Program Manager
Michelle Stratman was hired in December 2022 as a job coach, and was quickly promoted to Program Manager of the Mentorship Program while she still maintains some of her Job Coaching responsibilities as well. As a Job Coach, Michelle strives to promote motivation from within. She creates an atmosphere of lightheartedness and teamwork, where everyone is appreciated for their part of the greater contribution.
As Manager of the Mentorship Program, Michelle help recruit individuals for the program, takes mentors and mentees through the process of what to expect, and provides multiple venues for information gathering and sharing. Michelle strives to set trainees, mentors and mentees on a course where they will be able to support others by confidently and authentically demonstrating their greatness to the world. Michelle comes to us after years of teaching neuro-divergent individuals, and being a librarian.
