Voices in Autism Leadership Awards 2026

The Voices in Autism Leadership Awards are more than a celebration of achievement —they are a reflection of how far we’ve come and a reminder of the work that still lies ahead. Leadership in the autism community means listening, creating opportunities, and ensuring every voice is valued and heard.

We honor those who are challenging outdated perceptions, opening doors, and building a more inclusive world. These leaders are not only transforming lives—they are reshaping what opportunity, dignity, and belonging look like for ALL individuals. They share a commitment to inclusion and the determination to ensure that every individual has the chance not just to succeed, but to truly thrive.

At Yes She Can, we believe that leadership begins with empowerment—helping individuals discover their strengths, find their voices, and believe in what is possible. This year’s honorees embody that spirit. On behalf of all of us at Yes She Can, congratulations to this year’s Voices in Autism Leadership Award recipients. Your work inspires, your voices lead, and your impact will be felt for generations to come.

Together, we continue to move forward—stronger, more inclusive, and united.
