The New York State Council on Developmental Disabilities provides Yes She Can $150,000 in grant funding annually for three years to develop an employment mentorship program for individuals with developmental disabilities. Participants will be able to learn and practice skills needed in a work setting to increase future job prospects, build their network, and grow their interpersonal skills.
This is a NEW mentorship program, and it’s completely FREE for all participants! Be part of our groundbreaking first year!
With this grant funding, Yes She Can Inc. will expand its trainee and mentorship curriculum and identify businesses interested in participating as mentors.
This program is designed to develop confidence and independence in the professional sector through a mentorship relationship. Participants will gain skills to help them grow in all aspects of their professional and personal lives.
