My name is Mara and I’m a trainee at GirlAGain. I interact with customers very well. I created a scene about interacting with a customer Sam Winchester, who is from the tv show Supernatural. He is very cute, smart and funny. I would love to see him at the store because I like him a lot as an actor.
Mara: Hi. Welcome to Girl AGain may I help you?
Sam: I’m looking for dolls for my daughter’s birthday.
Mara: What dolls are you looking for?
Sam: I’m looking for Julie, Melody, and Rebecca. Do you have them?
Mara: Those are excellent choices because they are my favorite dolls!
(Sam follows Mara)
Mara: Here they are!
Sam: Thank you! How much are they?
Mara: The trainees are working very hard on the dolls to make them good as possible and we want to make sure they’re great prices. The prices on the tags show how much they are. Typically between 50-100 dollars. Some are new in the box for $125.00.
Sam: That is great information! These are such great prices that I want them all. Why are they your favorites?
Mara: They are my favorites because they have similarities to mine. Julie likes basketball and The Brady Bunch. Melody loves singing and Rebecca is Jewish.
(Sam picks up the dolls and goes to pay for them)
Mara: What’s your name?
Sam: Sam Winchester
Mara: What’s your email?
Sam: My email is 1234@gmail.com
Mara: Can you also tell me your phone number?
Sam: My phone number is 914-832-xxxx
Mara: Are you going to pay with a credit card or cash?
Sam: Cash
Mara: Your total is $290.00.
Sam: Here’s 3 100 dollar bills.
(Mara takes out the calculator)
Mara: Your change would be $10.00.
Sam: Thank you!
Mara: You’re welcome. Your daughter is going to love the dolls.
Sam: You’re right! She’ll love them!
Mara: I hope I’ll see you again soon! Since you are a famous star, can you give us a positive review?
Sam: I will be happy to. I will shop here again.
(Sam leaves the store)
(Laura walks up to Mara)
Laura: You did a great job helping out the customer!
Mara: Thanks so much!
